Description: The first Hare & Tortoise, a casual Chinese dining restaurant, opened in Bloomsbury in 1996. Since then a further six locations have opened across London, serving fresh, tasty dishes with an authentic flavour. GSC Projects completed the fit-out of the latest restaurant in Aldgate East, including installation of a raised floor, creation of a mezzanine and installation of a bespoke Durasein topped and tile fronted counter.
