Founded in 1992 by Gary Smith, GS Contracts grew from humble beginnings to a 50-strong team known throughout the hospitality industry as a trusted and valuable partner for interior fit-outs and bespoke joinery and manufacture.

Over a 30 year period, GS Contracts built strong relationships with discerning clients and for many became the "go-to" contractor for delivering ready-to-go fit-outs and refurbs on a quick turn-around.

In 2025 Gary and members of his team joined the Steelwood Group, to steer a new Guildprime Hospitality division, GSC Projects.
