WHAT TO EXPECT

Our Process

Should you choose to work with GSC Projects on your fit-out project, here's an outline of our process:

Consultation & development

Our in-house specialists will spend time understanding your business ideas, budgets and timescales and give advice on design, compliance, and the development of your ideas. We are able to devise a full scope of works if necessary, or price from a pre-existing scope.

Pre-construction & design

Our project design team will put together a plan to ensure a smooth delivery of your project once designs have been approved. Our in-house drawing team are responsible for producing the technical drawings for all bespoke joinery, metalwork, and solid surfaces, prior to being fabricated at our production facility in Billericay.

Manufacture

We are well equipped to produce bespoke joinery items for hospitality ﬁt-outs, having our own joinery workshop helps ensure quality and gives us full control of our supply chain.

Project delivery

Once prepared, our project teams will begin installation on site. They are well equipped to deliver a project on time, on budget and of the highest quality. On site health and safety is paramount and is ingrained in everything we do on a day-to-day basis.

Project handover

We aim to hand over every project with ‘zero-snags’ and are available long after completion to offer advice with our aftercare services. We provide every client with a comprehensive O&M manual so if you need to make any changes in the future, you’ll know where everything is.
